Where are you from?

Describe yourself using three words.

In three words, I am artistic, observant, and passionate.

What are you passionate about?

I am passionate about many art forms, but first and foremost, I love music.

When did you decide to take your passion seriously?

I have been devoted to being a musician since middle school, but my songwriting got really strong in my junior year of high school. About 1-2 years after I graduated, I started taking myself seriously as an artist; I focused on producing strong bodies of work and excelling in my craft.

What influences your sound?

I am strongly influenced by various genres of music. A few of my influences are: Stevie Wonder, Joni Mitchell, John Legend, and Alicia Keys.

If you could start a band with two other artists (living or dead) who would they be?

I would love to be in a musical group with Ed Sheeran and H.E.R.; they both have strong abilities in many areas of music, and I could surely learn so much from them.

What album/song do you have on repeat right now?

Lately I have had Saba's album entitled "Care For Me" in rotation. His usage of storytelling in his music compels me and he's one of the strongest up-and-coming rappers of our time. The production is also incredible; no track is like the last, and when put together, they take the listener on a journey. I highly recommend this album.

Any upcoming projects/releases you want to share?

I am working on a project at the moment that I cannot present the title for yet, but all I can say is that it will show my drastic growth since my last one entitled "UNE", and I am very excited to put it out!

What's your go-to Chinese take-out meal?

Chicken and broccoli with brown rice and chicken wings. This has been a childhood favorite, and I'm never growing up.

If you could steal one person's wardrobe, whose would it be?

Ariana Grande
